HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We're closed on Sunday.  Orders will be processed Monday - Saturday taking 4-9 days to fulfill. You will receive an order confirmation with a tracking ID once the order is shipped. All orders are shipped standard USPS shipping.
 
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
An order confirmation will appear as your final step in your order process. You will also receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive another email with the tracking number and details.
 
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been fulfilled. If you have not received this notification after 4-9 days notify us and we will look up your order tracking number for you. Please email info@imadebogey.com with your order number and we'll get back to you ASAP.
 
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled please contact support (info@imadebogey.com) and we can take care of it for you. If you've received fulfillment confirmation you'll need to return the product within 60 days for a full refund.

I ORDERED A HAT AND A FEW SHIRTS BUT ONLY THE HAT ARRIVED?
Have no fear, we ship our apparel directly from our fulfillment partner to ensure the quickest delivery. If you order apparel with any of our other products it'll arrive (usually first!) in a separate package.
 
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, CAN I RETURN IT?
If you received the wrong merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at info@imadebogey.com.
 
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you received damaged merchandise please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at info@imadebogey.com. We will issue you instructions for a refund or exchange.
 
I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PRODUCTS, WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy within 60 days of purchase you can return your order for a full refund. We'll issue the refund as soon as we receive your order.
